Call Center to Open Up in Kentucky
USA -- It has been announced that a new call center
facility will open in Newport, Kentucky.
Gov. Steve Beshear says the center will create about 100 new
jobs.
The call center, operated by Indiana based Defender Direct
Inc., will attract investment of more than $2.3 million.
Preliminary approval for tax incentives of up to $750,000 over a 10-year period has been given by The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority.
