US Airways To Bring Back Call Center Jobs
USA -- US Airways is repatriating some call centre work from the Philippines following service problems.
According to reports, some 400 additional US employees will
deal with the more complex reservation handling at the
American reservation center in the future.
The work had been outsourced to Manila by the US Airways,
which merged with America West.
A spokesman for the airline declined to say how many staff
in the Philippines would be affected by the move.
