Yell Expands Call Center in Wales
United Kingdom -- Yell, the telephone
directory firm has announced plans to open a 3.5 million pound call
centre in Newport, southeast Wales.
The centre could lead to more than 250 jobs which are needed for the
company's plans to expand its Yellow Pages 118 247 service.
The centre is expected to begin operating in April and will
complement the firm’s existing call centre in Bristol.
It is hoped the new call centre will help revitalize employment
opportunities and be part of the multimillion-pound regeneration of
Newport.
